System Six Kitchens is an independent, family-run business that was started in 1975 and has expanded to offer a unique, design-based service approach to providing refined contract kitchens to the market.
HERITAGE
System Six Kitchens was started in 1975 by Malcolm Trevor Foster who hand-made his very first kitchens in a workshop housed in one of the old arches on Exeter Quay.
He was a craftsman and an extremely hard worker and it wasn’t long before word of his business spread. By 1985, the company had moved its premises to the booming industrial estate of Marsh Barton where a new manufacturing facility was created and a showroom opened.
PRESENT DAY
Today, System Six Kitchens stands as the largest kitchen manufacturer in the South West with a 40,000 sq ft factory producing 1,000+ cabinets per week and employing 90+ staff members from the local area.
Our dedicated Trade & Contracts team will work and collaborate with you on your development. From site survey, draughting design concepts through to completion, our Trade & Contracts team are available to assist you throughout all stages of your project.
