HOW WE WORK
Our experienced Kitchen Contract Team in Exeter will guide you in creating a kitchen that works around you and your lifestyle. At System Six Kitchens, we take the time to listen and learn about you, absorbing key pieces of information to ensure we do not just meet your expectations but go beyond what you thought possible.
The first stage of obtaining a kitchen from System Six requires an initial conversation to discuss the scope of the project, what is required and how we can get involved to achieve this outcome. To ensure you receive the most effective service, these initial conversations should take place around six to eight months prior to the development’s commencement.
1. LET'S CHAT
Following the initial conversation, an in-depth meeting is scheduled with all relevant parties. This is where we will ask for the project to be detailed more thoroughly and parameters for the design established. The team will also ask for the development’s location and request that the target demographic be advised. We will then ask developers to outline the criteria they are looking to fill, what the budget allocation is and to advise the type of tender they had in mind. Following this meeting, our team will construct the tender package for the client, this is compiled based on the plan provided and the outcomes and goals identified in the previous meeting. CGI images, floor plans and a cost summary of the designs are provided.
