We had the pleasure of working with Innate Construction on one of their current projects in the small village of Lympstone, just outside of Exmouth. Alec Broom worked with Lewis and Lee from Innate to design this open-plan, sociable kitchen at the rear of the home. Lee and Lewis have been business partners for over 12 years and have combined experience of over 35 years.

This home features a farmhouse-style modern, two-tone kitchen that has been created using the Shaldon door, which is shaker in style and made from real wood. Painted in Light Teal and Stone Grey, this kitchen has been perfectly paired with black appliances and handles, which is contrasting with the bright white Unistone worktops. Standing out in this space is the tiled splashback that is both practical and adds some extra depth to the kitchen and ties in with the blue hue from the kitchen units. Alec has added extra useable space into this kitchen by adding a woodgrain breakfast bar onto the side of the peninsula and a larder-style cupboard for more storage.
