THE DESIGN

Our Kitchen Designer, Alec Broom was pleased to work with Lee and Lewis at IN8 on this latest project located just a minute away from Exmouth Beach. Lewis and Lee have been business partners for over 12 years and boast a combined experience of over 35 years which is reflected in all of their finished projects.

The house is characterised by it’s modern farmhouse look which Alec seamlessly continues in the kitchen using our Shaldon door in Light Grey and Dust Grey. Paired with the Carrara Misterio worktops, the two complement each other to marry the traditional with the modern.

The luxury feel of the kitchen is amplified by it’s high-end appliances such as the Quooker Boiling Water Tap, Miele Ovens and Dishwasher and the built-in Siemens Freezer.

The kitchen island is home to an Elica Induction Hob, open shelving and a wine fridge making clever use of the available space and making it a focal point for the family to socialise.

BESPOKE EXTRAS

Built into the design are a number of bespoke features that enhance the living space including a media wall unit, a glass bar cabinet with glazed doors and bi-fold wall cabinets. There’s even a built-under beer fridge drawer – perfect for entertaining friends over the weekend!

THE RESULT

The finished result is a sleek yet homely kitchen and dining space perfectly designed for modern family living with thoughtful storage and display elements to ensure everything in the space has a home.
