Designed by Trade Sales Executive Alec Broom for Penfield Construction, this kitchen and utility scheme balances calm, contemporary colour with practical storage solutions. The design pairs Shaldon cabinetry in Sage Green and Porcelain to create a soft contrast within the main kitchen space, while the adjoining utility continues the scheme in Nailsworth Porcelain for a cohesive and functional extension of the room.

Within the kitchen, the Shaldon door style provides a refined shaker profile that works beautifully with the muted Sage Green and Porcelain palette. Ammonite Carrara worktops and upstands introduce a light, durable surface that complements the cabinetry while providing a practical preparation area for everyday use. A BLANCO sink and tap are positioned within the main working zone, offering reliability and clean, understated styling.

Storage was carefully considered throughout the design. A pull-out larder provides easy access to dry goods and everyday essentials, while the LeMans corner unit ensures that traditionally awkward corner space is fully usable. Integrated pull-out bins help keep the space organised and clutter free, supporting the kitchen’s streamlined appearance. Inside the drawers, oak cutlery inserts add a natural detail while keeping utensils neatly arranged.

The adjoining utility room continues the scheme with Nailsworth cabinetry in Porcelain, creating a bright and practical workspace. A BLANCO sink and tap provide a secondary washing area, ideal for household tasks, while a black hanging rail introduces a practical feature for air drying clothing. A dedicated tumble dryer stacking shelf maximises vertical space, allowing appliances to be positioned efficiently while maintaining accessible storage below.
